How will guests be able to see the wedding photos?
The bride and groom naturally get the wedding photos via a DVD (remember to talk to the photographer about it when you meet him the first time) given by the photographer, usually a few days/weeks after the d-day. On the other hand, it is often complicated to distribute these images to the guests, what is more to allow them to order photos. The friendliest will organize a photo evening with the closest guests. The most “geek” will create a site to allow viewing and ordering the photos… What complications!
Fortunately, imagera has thought of this! Imagera photographers can create a photo gallery , just ask them!! Your guests will then be able to view the photos on the site via a link or via a username and password.
The gallery allows you to consult the photos , to quickly scroll through them with the thumbnail version (new! – useful when there are hundreds of photos), and to view them in large size (new too!!). Guests can add their own photos. A Facebook module can be activated and allows guests to comment on the gallery.
See… and order photos!
Looking at the photos is fine. But when Uncle George calls you to order two photos, you’re in a bit of a bind… Here again, your guests will be able to manage on their own. When the visitor clicks on “Add to Cart”, the displayed photo is selected. He will then be able to see his selected photos by clicking on “My basket” and order prints of the photos (paper, plexi, aluminum, dibond, canvas, etc.). The photographer sets the sale prices of the photos. Payment is made online and prints are received within a few days. The quality of the products is high (example: the paper used is Fuji DP II professional photo paper, a must!).
Your wedding photos in your pocket
No computer handy? No problem, imagera has just launched its mobile application for Iphone / Ipad and Android . You and your guests can therefore view your photos from your favorite smartphone or tablet. The interface is fluid and practical, you will be proud to show off your photos.
One last tip: Remember to see with the photographer how the link to the gallery will be distributed to your guests (tickets given by the photographer at the wedding, link in the thank you card or by email or on your wedding website, etc. ).
